Renovation of an 1885 grand residential stone mansion with a 1927 brick and stone school converted to a 23 room Hope Lodge for the Cincinnati branch of the American Cancer Society. Intimate involvement with this project.
Design for a modular teepee structure. Aluminum frame - termite proof.
New entry featuring fluted limestone columns, entablature with dentil molding with a limestone baluster rail. The addition provided for a large master suite and an expansive kitchen capable of accommodating large catered events. The couple enjoys coffee at the private outdoor patio above the entry.
Here is an informal outdoor pavilion providing for outdoor living space directly adjacent to the back door at the kitchen for dear friends.

A 27 story high rise condominium tower on the banks of the Ohio River. Designed by studio Daniel Libeskind. They are of note for having designed the Jewish Museum in Berlin, Germany and for having won the competition for the new building at the World Trade Tower site in lower Manhattan. It was a pleasure working with this firm.

Longest span in its day. Late 1870’s steel truss bridge crossing the Ohio river from Newport, KY to Cincinnati, Ohio. Deeply involved in a project to place a development on these twin spans.
In this French provincial design the size of the home was more than doubled. The addition features a new family room, new kitchen and grand master suite. The large double fireplace chimney anchors the design and provides for the central “hearth” element at each level.
